Welcome to Pulse Markets ("Pulse"). By creating an account or using Pulse (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pulse surfaces public U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR filings — insider transactions, 8-K events, ownership changes, and similar disclosures — and organizes them into a feed, watchlist, and optional alerts. Pulse aggregates and reformats public information; it does not create or verify the underlying filings.
Pulse is an information tool only. Pulse does not advise you and does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or trade any security. Nothing in the Service — no filing, label, importance tier, category (such as a buy, a sale, a cluster of related filings, or a flagged event), alert, chart, score, or other content — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Categories describe what a filing is, not what you should do about it.
Do not rely on Pulse for any financial decision. The information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or wrong, and our automated interpretations are heuristics that can be — and sometimes will be — mistaken. Any action you take based on the Service is your own independent decision, made solely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for it. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. We may ask you to confirm your email address by entering a short code we send to it. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy).
Pulse offers a free plan and a paid "Pulse Pro" subscription. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; in the iOS app, subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime, online, with no need to contact us: a web subscription from the Profile screen (in the app or on the web) or through the billing portal; an Apple subscription through your Apple subscription settings. When you cancel a web subscription, your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew. Except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with notice.
Deleting your account: if you subscribed on the web, deleting your account also cancels that subscription, so you are not billed for a service you can no longer reach. An Apple-billed subscription is controlled by Apple, not by us — deleting your Pulse account does not cancel it, and you must cancel it yourself in your Apple subscription settings.
Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk-extracting data, no reverse engineering, no reselling access, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any filing will be captured or delivered on time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
